I joined a challenge! I am going to continue to cutback my sugar addiction.

I just finished Chocolate-Free April! But, I substituted other sweets when I wanted chocolate.

So far, I woke up and wanted sugar. I wandered the kitchen several times and finally ate an oatmeal cream pie. I am feeling exhausted! The boys are sick, and we were all up too early.

I will update as the day progresses.

    Way to go! Keep up the good work. I think I am going to do the same thing but I dont have much hope that I will ever be sugar free!

All you need to do is go without sugar for an hour. Then do it again twenty-three times and you will have been sugar-free for a day. Twenty-nine more days and you will have a month behind you. After twenty-one days, you will have an ingrained habit and sugar will fade into the recesses of your life.

I know you can go without sugar for an hour.

    try and take it one day at a time and get fresh fruits, they are sweet enough for me
