Missed a day of exercise!

Life got in the way Wednesday and I didn't have time to do cardio. Weighed myself and gained 2 pounds! My clothes fit looser, I'm losing inches, but the scale is not my friend. I think I'm going to banish it for a month and see what happens. I've read the articles about portion sizes and think I'm following them. I will have to "double down" on this to make sure. I'm trying not to be depressed about this since it is such an extrinsic motivator.
