It's interesting - the good habits are becoming normal. And there's no stress involved.

In the past, I've always tried to do the BEST at this - I didn't cut myself any slack - I wanted the MOST exercise, the LEAST calories in my range, NEVER eating unhealthy foods (which led to bingeing on unhealthy foods when I'd just explode).

This time, I'm just doing my best, which means I'm enjoying things. I'm cutting myself slack. Allowing myself to make mistakes. And slowly, but surely, my weight is coming off.

Maybe more importantly, I've reached so many other goals. My health has skyrocketed:

Yesterday, I was released from PT. I can start easing back into my beloved cardio workouts. I have a plan for yoga/pilates.

I am almost down a size in clothing, and everything I wear now fits.

I am happy and feeling so motivated.
