Spark Coach assignment is to blog about water. I drink 4 water bottles everyday. Just a little over 64oz. My favorite kind is Ice Canyon from CVS, it tastes really good and I even buy it when it's not on sale!
I just read that I should drink water when I first wake up in the morning so I get my first water bottle in before I have my coffee.
I've really cut down on soda lately as well. I drink decaf coffee in the morning, made in my 4 cup coffee maker and I flavor it with 1 cup of chocolate almond milk. Yum.
At lunch time I need a little caffeine so I have a can of diet cola, Max or Zero. Then sometimes at night I have a glass of diet Sierra Mist but I go for days without any now.
Sometimes I even choose a fifth water bottle over a glass of soda. Go me!
