A little frustrated, but ONWARD!

I was a little frustrated when I stepped on the scale...I'm only down about 3 pounds. It is a bit disheartening because I have been trying since 4/8. My little goal was 10 pounds by 5/16. It doesn't look like I'm going to make it. Alas, I need to still look at the big picture...70 pounds by 6/29/2014.

Now this is where I would normally do something crazy like stop eating altogether. I have learned a little more about nutrition thankfully! So, for the past few days, I have been using the nutrition tracker religiously to make sure I stay within all my parameters (fat, carbs, etc..). I've even planned out all of my meals through Friday!!! Another change for the better!

    You are doing well! You have already learned not to make the same mistakes you made in the past and have a great, positive attitude about carrying on and making good changes. I have also had a slow beginning and it is terribly frustrating but we will get there if we just keep on. Using the nutrition tracker religiously is also helping me a lot.
Keep going - you are so worth it! emoticon emoticon

    The scale can be so frustrating but it sounds like you have the right attitude! Keep it up!
