I was a little frustrated when I stepped on the scale...I'm only down about 3 pounds. It is a bit disheartening because I have been trying since 4/8. My little goal was 10 pounds by 5/16. It doesn't look like I'm going to make it. Alas, I need to still look at the big picture...70 pounds by 6/29/2014.
Now this is where I would normally do something crazy like stop eating altogether. I have learned a little more about nutrition thankfully! So, for the past few days, I have been using the nutrition tracker religiously to make sure I stay within all my parameters (fat, carbs, etc..). I've even planned out all of my meals through Friday!!! Another change for the better!
ONWARD AND DOWNWARD!!!
