Ideal weight

The Really Important MEeting went quite well. Actually very well. I think I am about 85% happy with it.

Then- as often happens - something happened which brought me back down to earth. It's something I should have done but didn't do as I didn't read an email properly..

So that is some thing I will have to unravel today without losing completely incompetent.

Last night I was absolutely shattered and this morning I have woke up late. I shall be going in to work lat than usual as all I can do is yawn. Good job I have some time owing.

I w reading Slenderella's post on ideal weight and it continues to be a subject which fascinates me. According to weight charts and BMI calculations my ideal weight range is something like 56 to 59kg. I did once manage to get down to 59kg and it w weird experience being so thin but I could not get down any more.

I am not convinced it is the weight my body wants to be at. I suspect that it a higher figure - about 63kg. It w very hard to maintain at 59kg. So I didn't! I think from an emotional mind set I couldn't see myself eating so little forth the rest of my life. It's an interesting concept though.

My goal is to get back to 59kg - I did get used to being that thin! Ad then to try and maintain using SW green days as it is a very healthy, easy to follow plan. Then see what happens. A couple of people have put up quotes toothed blog which have included definitions of what an ideal weight is. The one which states it is whatever weight your body settles at once you eat healthily and happily is the right weight for you.

And I do like to be happy..

Food w good yesterday. Ate well within cal range. At the moment I am trying to eat as near to 1200 as I can - apart from weekends.

It was the 1st May yesterday so now it is exactly 31 days to my first weigh in! I did out a pair of jeans on yesterday which I am convinced more slightly more comfortable than they were a coupleofweeks ago.

I also got lots of advice fr my intake next week so tonight it is marking and interview prep. Will po to Tesco to get something nice but healthy for my tea I think.
