I am going to try the new May challenge that Yoga Girl posted on Instagram. First week you meditate for 5 minutes a day, she then adds on 5 minutes every week.
Today I meditated with my feet up the wall. Seriously.
Please ignore my chubby toes and the need for some new piggy color. Anyways. I "sat" on the wall and put my feet straight up. Grabbed my mala bracelet and chanted my mantra 108 times (108 beads) This took about 7 minutes but it felt amazing. My mantra today was simple "Be Happy". It wasn't an over the top one but it had an amazing effect. I felt my stress levels drop and I have been all around happier since then.
