Getting back to fitness.

I logged in over 1000 fitness minutes for the month of April. It has been almost 9 months since I have been able to work out this much.

I've had many distractors on my fitness and weight loss journey. No more! Time to get back in shape! I've done it before - I certainly can do it again.
