Ok, so there's the format I'll follow. I actually had a bad day but I forced myself to come here and be honest. Unexpected stuff came up at work today (extended meeting I didn't plan on, and catered food) and I did not handle it well. I'm feeling disappointed but as usual I need to just move on. I know part of what made me vulnerable today was a really poor night of sleep last night... 5 hours is not really enough for me when I've been going on 5-6 hrs per night for the past week or so.
+ I felt fairly productive at work.
+ I didn't go out to buy more binge food after bingeing and then feeling the urge to binge again later.
+ I did get some studying/research work in despite the wasted time from bingeing and feeling bad about it.
