This months goals
1. Be more positive.
2. Get outside and play with my son. Run, chase, swing, whatever keeps me moving.
3. Keep Sparkin'!
4. Go to bed earlier and wake up earlier.
5. Do 10 mins exercise first thing in the morning. No more waiting til later.
6. Change up cardio and strength training.
7. Lose 8-10 lbs. and a pant size.
8. Eat more veggies and fruit.
9. Go to the gym 3-4 time a week.
10. Be Happy!!
