May goals & a challenge.

Today was a good day. I ate within my calorie range and burned over 1000 calories. I mowed the front and back lawns, used the weed eater, cleaned the house, went on a 3 mile jog/walk, 50 squats and did the "Can You 24?" DVD with my husband. We are doing that exercise video 5 days a week for the entire month of May.

Get in a jog/walk with the baby at least 3 times per week
Stay within calorie range! Log on & record what I eat on My Fitness Pal app.
The goal is to lose 20 pounds by Jenna's 2nd birthday. (July 5th) I think that's doable & I'm up for the challenge.
Anyway, make it a great rest of the week!
