May goals & a challenge.

Today was a good day. I ate within my calorie range and burned over 1000 calories. I mowed the front and back lawns, used the weed eater, cleaned the house, went on a 3 mile jog/walk, 50 squats and did the "Can You 24?" DVD with my husband. We are doing that exercise video 5 days a week for the entire month of May.

Squat Challenge

Get in a jog/walk with the baby at least 3 times per week

Stay within calorie range! Log on & record what I eat on My Fitness Pal app.

The goal is to lose 20 pounds by Jenna's 2nd birthday. (July 5th) I think that's doable & I'm up for the challenge.

Anyway, make it a great rest of the week!

    Sounds as if you're doing EXACTLY what you need to do for yourself, and seeing some true success! BTW, thank you for the motivation...didn't know lifting weights could take off 40 years...LOL!
