May 1, 2013.
3.2 mile bike ride. 20 minutes. It was extremely windy out, but i went and rode my bike. The wind was pushing me around and I was actually struggling to go forward.

I am determined to ride my bike everyday for at least 20 minutes. Hopefully, I can make this a warm up for other exercises when I get home from my ride. Today, though, my thighs are sore. I am not going to push it. The wind has me wheezing a little, so that's it for me tonight. emoticon

    Wow, congrats on your first day! You can imagine the wind as invisible additional resistance while you're cycling, help you to push more, burn more!

I bicycled this week for the first time (stationary bike at gym) 20 minutes went soooo fast! I love bicycling.
