3.2 mile bike ride. 20 minutes. It was extremely windy out, but i went and rode my bike. The wind was pushing me around and I was actually struggling to go forward.
I am determined to ride my bike everyday for at least 20 minutes. Hopefully, I can make this a warm up for other exercises when I get home from my ride. Today, though, my thighs are sore. I am not going to push it. The wind has me wheezing a little, so that's it for me tonight.
