Hello all! Ok so todays May 1, 2013 and I have a mini-goal of losing 9 lbs by May 31, 2013. I exercised today, lifting weights and stretching. I ate really good, and I don't like to eat before bed so I'm hungry now a bit but I'm going to wait until the morning to eat.
