I started a new job this week. So lots of orientation...lots of long days. Despite that...I'm so excited about this great opportunity!! It's a terrific hospital, and I love it.

But....I have not been doing very well with my calorie intake. And I have not been losing lately. Those are the bad things.

The good things are this...I have continued to track my calories. And I have been trying to get some sort of exercise in every day. Even if it is just a walk with my hubby. But, I really do want to lose weight. I need to do more planning I guess, with my meals. Well, that's my update!

Here's to improvement! And hopefully the scale will budge eventually.

Baby steps, my friend...that is a huge adjustment, so just do what you can (track, walk) until you get into your 'groove' at your new work. Everything will fall into place...it always seems to doesn't it!?!

    You're tracking, you're walking, and you're not gaining. I'd say you're doing great during the stressful time of starting a new job!
