Went slightly over my calorie goal for the day - added in an extra snack that was really higher calorie dollars than it should have been. I also felt really lazy today and did not work out at full effort this morning. Tomorrow is personal trainer day, so regardless of how I feel, he will kick my butt and use up plenty of calories.
