Nothing knew to report really....


I skipped body combat yesterday and went tonight...I think I'm skipping tomorrow and maybe even zumba on Friday...I'm too worried ll hurt my knee more before I run on Sunday....

I went and saw my nutritionist on Tuesday....194... Still down but I was down to 190 before...ugh...

She didn't say too was pointless to go...since I gave myself food poisoning. I stopped all my pills and what not...I didn't know what was causing it and just haven't started back yet.....she asked about my knee and I told her...she wasn't happy....after May, I have to go back to my knee doctor and get it checked out...obviously it's being hurt from the exercise and what not...the only good ting is she is on my is not an option to give up exercising....or running for that will be my choice and a pain I'll have to deal with whenever it crops up.....


Alright, I've been asleep on the couch for a good hour...I think it's bedtime :) (I didn't fall asleep til one last night)

    I don't know enough about your knee to say what's best, I too am suffering a sore knee right now so I should take my own advice but:

Make sure you aren't going through the terrible too's. Too far, too fast, too often, too soon. Try to cut back on speed, frequency or distance for a bit to avoid the terrible too's.
