I had a good eating day. Baby steps.
As of now I'm under my calories, but there's still time left in the day. I used the SparkPeople app for my phone to log all my food. I LOVE it! You can scan the bar code of your food and it will automatically populate the nutritional value. AWESOME!!
I came home from work tonight and took Addi to the park. It's just a tad over 1/2 a mile away so that was a mile walking. Plus all the chasing and running I did with the little stinker.
I CAN do this. I WILL do this!
