Just wanted to write this feeling down so I won't forget it when I make decisions to exercise or not this month. I LOVE to see the scale go down! And it did today. Thought I'd write it down so I can somehow remember how today feels and attempt to continue on this path so I can keep feeling this way. Guess those 1,000 fit mins had something to do with it!
