May Have Jumped The Gun On Sunday

Wednesday, May 01, 2013

On Sunday I weighed and change my weight on he weight tracker preparing for the new month of May Did all of my measurements etc. Most likely I should not have done that as Saturday was an extremely bad day for me as that was the day I consumed a pint of Ben & jerry's for lunch then got home and ate a Tomb Stone 4 meat pizza pie Of course I was up in weight on Sunday morning 146.2 to be exact emoticon

Today which is the first of the month I was at 141.8 with BF% of 29.6% last update I did on the weight tracker was for 144.8 on April 26th I am going to update my status home to see the same weight tomorrow so I can enter my weigh in for team Amethyst.

Yup Sunday I so disguised with myself it really made me Pissed so I started to make sure I stay within calorie range and sodium range I am on a 4 day streak counting today in staying within range and only 1 day I was over on sodium by 37mg not bad

I can do this I must do this !

Bad days happen...but as I heard MaryLou Henner say, "There are no good or bad days in our life. Everyday is just another day in the laboratory of your life. Learn from the experience, determine what worked and what didn't, and make better choices based on what you learned the next time."

Take stock and move forward. Take care,

I was up almost 2 pounds on Sunday and back to normal this morning, too! Maybe Sunday was just a bad weigh-day. ;)

Keep your goals in mind - it's so much easier to say YES to your goals and NO to temptations when you visualize where you want to be emoticon

I completely agree with Rondalyn said. We always has a good day and bad. I also love my pizza. Pizza is one of my trigger foods. But you've recognized and moved on. And to me you are amazing that Sunday to now, you've lost more then a pound a day. WTG. Keep up your great work. You can do it!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Way to bounce back! We all have days that we overeat - the key to success is recognizing it and moving on from it.
