Bob Harber's Jumpstart To Skinny

This is a 3 week plan of eating around 800 calories for 3 weeks, working out at a low intensity daily and doing his jumpstart routines 5x/week. He prefers that the cardio be done 1st thing in the morning which I will try to do most days but that's gonna be hard with the poor quality sleep I get each night plus my early rising children will not make it easy.
He gives some good 40/40/20 meals in his book which I will follow but for some reason egg white really upset my stomach so I'm thinking a lot of breakfasts' might be my meal replacement shake or dinners since I don't like squash or fish or most veggies-yuck. I hate being a picky eater but I hope I can get some meals that work for me. I'm also on a very very small budget too while feeding a family of 5 (4 boys and myself) it'll be tough but I can do it!!!
He claims you can lose UP TO 20 pounds and I know if I follow this to a T I could lose pretty damn close to 20 which would be awesome!!
