Making it happen in May

Goals for this month:
*establish an Olympic lifting routine or look into getting a class added at the gym
*run regularly (1-2 days a week)
*SWEAT 6 days a week (I think I will miss one day for my sister's shower.)
*track calories daily
*continue to bike (4 days a week)
*don't let things I cannot control stress me (crucial for sister's shower-my mom will drive me nuts if I let her:)
*enjoy the last few weeks of school
*continue to study for NASM exam

485.5 miles for the year
