Happy May Day!

It May Day here in freezing ND! I don't think winter will ever let up here. But enough complaining. I've been very focused this week on what I put in my mouth. Expecially considering I put anything and everything in my mouth last weekend. emoticon

But this week, its been veggies, fruits, lean meats and healthy treats. Also watching portion sizes.

Got back on my trusty elliptical this morning, just haven't been getting enough from the DVD's. So I will try to be consistent with the elliptical and add the DVDs in as extra.

I'm feeling good and I'm hopeful and I can be good! With my son's blasted graduation right around the corner, I'm behind the 8-ball. But I have to forgive myself for the past and just keep plodding along in the right direction.

On a side note: I've tried other free websites and I keep coming back to SP! So thank you all for still being here! emoticon emoticon
