I didn't really measure anything, just used a eating table spoon and dumped it in the blender.
1 can of chick peas, with liquid
2 spoons of brown sugar
Taco seasoning (I did not measure, just dumped some)
2 spoons of flax seeds
2 spoons of parmesan cheese ..... it needed to be thickened.
blended really good.
I was kind of surprised that it was good. LOL!!
I have no idea how many calories or what the nutrition is .... I just know that my tummy is happy.
