I have lots of excuses for not exercising. 1 to lazy, 2no energy, 3can't do some of the ones that are suggested, 4 can't get on the floor I'd never be able to get up, I can find all kinds of excuses but am going to try to do better!!!!

    The thing about exercise, it is hard to get motivated to do it, but you always feel glad that you did it. I try and make a commitment to a certain number of days per week and a certain number of minutes. You don't have to get down on the floor, find out what works for you. Walking is a great exercise especially now that the weather is getting better. Whatever gets you moving!
