UPDATE: I have totally lost my focus!
Over a year ago my starting weight was 197.7 lbs ..
I'm now 170.2 lbs. ** 27.5 lbs lost is awesome BUT before Dec. of 2012 I saw a new low of 163.3 ...
I have gained 7 lbs since!
I was very, very ill with pneumonia before Christmas and many other things for months! I just never could get well.. My fire and spark of course went out and I never could get back on track once I was finally 100% well!
(In a YEAR or a little less) By Dec of 2013
Successfully Maintain my Goal Weight..
Do NOT return to old habits which will cause gaining.
Be on track spiritually.
I have really let my study time & relationship w/the Lord suffer bc of work and STRESSES.
(In 3 months)
Goal #2: Be at my Goal Weight.. 150 lbs. (I have 20 lbs. to lose!)
(In 1 month)
Goal #3: GET IT TOGETHER GIRL!!
Work on time management and balance * Track Cals Closely * Go Full Speed Ahead with The FIRM Fitness Routine * Time to be Back on Track!
Time for a FRESH START!
It's Never Too Late!!
