I've joined in the 2013 Spring Challenge and Cats team
I am going to challenge myself to finding ways to reduce stress and healthy ways in dealing with the stress I can't change.
I am tired of falling back into my old habits of eating for comfort.
Believe me it's no "Real" comfort because it makes me not only feel bad about my actions but also endangers my health.
I'm going to learn to reach out to others when I feel the stress getting to be too much for me instead of bottling it up.
I'm going to keep up with my eating habits, be it good or bad.
I'm going to start back exercising and make it count, not just play at it.
