Happy May Day everybody. Still battling this cold, but feeling a little better today. I did go to
the gym and did 30 minutes on the bike. Getting ready to work my 4th day out of 6 and then I will have the weekend off.
Here are my stats for the day

Protein:85

Fitness:
Exercise bike:30 minutes. Burned 494 calories

Days without soda: 59
