Today Connor came for his monthly visit to our house. My husband made waffles, and we made sausage, and a little bit of bacon (there were 6 of us at the table). We had orange juice, coffee, blueberries, bananas, nutella, and syrup to choose from.
Connor came running to me and gave me a huge hug when he arrived. He couldn't wait to go outside to play.
He had a little basketball, a pop up tent, a ride on car, little cars, little people, etc.
The Meme workout
This was the meme work out from about 10:30 til 12:30.
Hugs from Connor, down the stairs into the yard to check it out, back up the stairs and in the house. Find the cats, pet the cats, chase the cats. Get ready for lunch.
Make healthy brunch for every body, thank Pepe for most of the cooking. Step on Meme's toes to reach the water in the bathroom sink to wash the nutella off Connor's hands.
Exercise 2 all fueled up and ready to go.
Carry stuff, out the house, down the stairs, in the back yard,
Up the stairs, in the house, down the stairs, set things down, sit down, get up, walk to the pond, look at the frogs, repeat at least three times.
Frog in pond, Connor's shadow. The frog is where his right ear would be.
Connor "I want more toys out"
Up the stairs back in the house quite a few times.
Back and forth to bring toys out (at least four times)
Not to mention the three times to get paper towels to clean up spills, and the time to get the sunblock, and to get a couple more bottles of water to drink, and to get the camera, and to get the other camera.
Sit down, get up, up the stairs, in the house, get toys, carry toys outside, set toys down, sit down repeat four times.
Exercise 5 Nascar (sounds like Mascot) Featuring Connor.
Connor moves all the toys to the side of the patio, runs around in circle for many times. Then says he is tired. Wants water.
Meme goes in the house for the water. Comes back. sits down until the next round.
Cool down. Time for Connor to go. In the house to get his jacket and backpack and things. Hugs, kisses. Waving Good bye and throwing kisses wildly for several minutes.
Sit down, put legs up, Peaches cat jumps up on my lap and purrs "well done, Meme".
Steps - countless
Joy - countless and overflowing
