My goals for May are short and sweet. I want to make small goals until they become habit. Then I can make more goals. So here they are...

Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Gym 3 days a week (or more)
Continue my 5k training program.
Get outside with the kids to play more!

    Short and sweet is the way to go! It's a lot easier to keep ourselves accountable that way. :)
