ok...so my March did not go roaring through the month...it pretty much fizzled...knee issues, lots of doctor appointments, getting sick and many other issues...I have not been on track for exercise and have not been the best on my food choices. So with those lessons learned and now behind me, we go into May.
I just joined the SParkCoach program with my purchase of the Spark Solution. I plan to make May a motivating month. My goals are as follows:
1. eat at least 2 freggies each day
2. exercise for at least 10 minutes each day
with this I plan to get back into Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and stay in level
1 until it seems somewhat easy to accomplish. So each day may not be just this
routine, I may mix it up based on the time I have available, and just to try
something different, I have yoga dvd's and a couple dvd's from coach Nicole
3. Write in a journal daily
4. Drink 2 cups green tea daily
5. Take vitamins & meds daily
6. Have spiritual time 1x each week on my own
So with all these goals I should be on my way to a better me by the end of the month. My blogs here and journal in SparkCoach may serve as my journalling, though I may also write in my paper journal.
