I ended April with a binge, a serious need for comfort food. Today, is May and a new month and while I want to go eat macaroni and cheese comfort fat for you food, I am going to eat chicken soup and veggies, oranges till I feel better from this rotten cold. I will not let this snotty cold get me down and sabatoge my May goals.
1) 300 fitness minutes a week. 38,000 steps a week. Completion of the 12K. Completion of a 5k run.
2) I will eat within my calorie range.
3) I will eat lunch at home, and limit going out to eat to Bloomday Weekend.
