Surely spring is here. Today is the second in a row of 70+ temperatures. We will return to 50s and drizzle for a few days.
I am looking forward to summer. There was a family crisis last summer; I do hope there isn't one this summer. I only work two days per week, but I won't be doing that this summer, so will feel as if I have more "free" time.
This morning I made a current goal to make sure that I walked or did resistance bands for at least ten minutes each morning. It seems that is the time it takes for my endorphins to kick in. That is important for me, since I have side effects to anti-anxiety/anti-depression medications. I think doing this may help with other healthy decisions.
