Feeling much better today!

Today is a MUCH better day! I had a very good day yesterday after I blogged about what I was feeling, and I managed to eat healthy, exercise, drink my water, and stay within calorie range
So far today I am within calorie range, been a busy day of running back and forth to the office, and I took a short walk around the parking lot! I am feeling really good!
I think I just needed a swift kick in the rear! I will be honest, I took some time away from Spark People and went to My Fitness Pal due to being in a contest with girls I work with and that is what they were using, and I will NOT leave Spark People again. The pour out of encouragement on my blog yesterday told me this is where I need to be. The people here do care about me, and want to help me thru this, and the fact that don't know me means even more that they took the time out of their day to drop me some positive words. Thank you!
I'm going to work much harder on staying on track. I know I can do this! I have proved it in the past, and I am going to work twice as hard to not let life get in the way. I am going to work on different ways of dealing with the curveballs and not let it keep me from getting to where I need to go!
I am working on goals for May! Once I get them figured out I will blog them! I think blogging/journaling will definately be one that I work on!
