You may (or may not!) remember that I challenged myself to be in my target range for sodium 25 days out of 30 in April.
Well, I am proud to say - I did it! I was within my range for sodium 27 days out of 30 in April.
Here's my chart for April:
One of those days I was just a hair over my limit, but that's okay. I don't need to qualify it (much).
Just for fun, let's compare that to the same chart for November, my highest month for sodium since I've been on SparkPeople:
Um. Hello. I was only in range 2 days in November and way over my limit many days. Yikes!
According to the reading I've done here on SparkPeople, we are supposed to reward ourselves when we set goals and meet them. I think I'm gonna get a new nalgene bottle. I love those stupid things.
Now - what to do for May???
Honestly, the only challenge I've been able to come up with for myself is to get below 200 lbs dangit! I know it's better for these challenges to be *behavior* based not scale/weight based. But it's killing me. Just a few more pounds to go til one-derland!
So I guess that's it. My goal for May is to get below 200. My last weigh-in was 204 on April 26, so I better be able to pull this off!
