Today is my official Reset day. Last summer I lost 14 lbs with ease- 1 lb a week, but doing coffee clutching cardio (daily morning walks), going vegan, logging my food, and running 3 x a week. I was doing great and maintained my weight loss until my dad died in November. I became really depressed and here I am 6 months later and I've gained all the weight back.
However, last summers weight loss was really good for me in that I learned that I can do this. I have Hashimoto's and that makes weight loss really really hard. I kind of got accustomed to thinking that I couldn't lose weight and that all of my efforts weren't to lose weight but to keep from gaining more. Now I know I can do it- I know how to do it- its just about following through and accomplishing my goals...
So I'm pushing the reset button and starting from square one. But I have a plan and I know I can do this.
Lose 1 lb per week.
100% vegan 6 days a week. 7th day optional.
Morning cardio *every day*
Running 3x per week
Yoga /pushups every evening.
