As you saw in my last blog I was confused about the BM tracking the correct minutes and not tracking at all. I called the Customer Service Department / Technical Support what they found my device had some how change the settings and was not detecting the moderate exercise due to the high number of megs it had switched to, he reset the device to the default numbers (don't ask me what he explain....it was foreign to me)
but immediately it went from 52 minutes to 128 minutes; 109 minutes as vigorous and 19 minutes of moderate activity.
I don't have to worry about my minutes not being counted....all I have to do is sync my device and go.
