I can't believe it's already May 1! Where is the time going!

My goal today is to get all of my water in and mark it down here...which I tend to do but don't mark it. I have a lot of errands to do, such as change the oil-get my brakes checked on the truck, so my other goal for today is NOT to eat out anywhere. I just can't be doing that. That kills me every time. I'll bring my water bottle with me where ever I end up.

Additionally, my goal is to NOT eat more than my stated number of calories. I have to learn to NOT eat at night which is where I end up over my limit. It's hard when my hubby is chowing down on cheese and crackers or buttered popcorn, but somehow I've got to fight the urge to join in.

These first few days are really hard and I'm really paying attention to where my issues lie. I can do this...I can do this...


Got home from taking care of the truck and, I was hoping to go to the dog park with my dog today for some much needed exercise, but it is snowing and cold!! So, I am hoping to get some Zumba in!! Yep, my daughter and I love doing Zumba. It doesn't seem like exercise...THANK GOD for that!! I'll have to see how it works out after a good month of doing it. My current issue is that we will be moving on June 1 and the house is full of boxes...and only going to get worse as time goes on. Plus, with all this cold and wetness, arthritis in the back is having fun. Maybe when the weight is gone, I'll have fewer problems. It CAN WILL happen... emoticon

    You might want to try some stretching, yoga stretching, or classical stretch on YouTube for your back pain. It helped me a lot.
