My first 'day off.'

Today is rest day according to my 5K training and it's a good thing. My body is so tired! Two days of interval training, one day of golf and another day of rowing machine. Wow - my body hasn't seen this much exercise in a couple of years probably - aside from walking the dogs every day.

Home scale said I was down 4.8 pounds (after a week!). We will see what the dietician's scale says this morning. Let's hope it's close. I feel a tad bit lighter on my feet, but I don't fee it anywhere else. I certainly feel better not being overly full all the time.

Dinner out tonight. It will be a challenge, but if I plan ahead, I shouldn't fail. Well, maybe a small glass of wine to celebrate whatever loss I have this week. emoticon
