My goals for May:
Stay accountable to my food plan , prefer to pre track , and if I need to add anything I will add it.
Eat my caloric intake every day
continue to move more and even look at new ways of excercise ( Pilates, Yoga)
Continue to remind myself this is my own personal journey , I am here to please myself and make myself better not make someone else look good or look for their approval.
