Goals for May:
Increase average step count to 5,000 steps per day
Eliminate wheat products whenever possible.
Work on setting up a vegetable garden and improving the landscaping both front and back. Starting with the front though due to Spring inspections for the association.
I'm hoping that the leg pain I have right now will subside enough to make number 1 achievable. I know well enough that I can't go wheat free completely but I can choose not to eat it most of the time. I find myself falling back into eating bread more often than I would like so it's time to reign it in again. I can't believe that I will meet my total mileage goal for 2013 this week if I get plenty more steps in. Just 2.25 miles away.
