Goals for May 2013

Goals for May:
emoticon Increase average step count to 5,000 steps per day
emoticon Eliminate wheat products whenever possible.
emoticon Work on setting up a vegetable garden and improving the landscaping both front and back. Starting with the front though due to Spring inspections for the association.

I'm hoping that the leg pain I have right now will subside enough to make number 1 achievable. I know well enough that I can't go wheat free completely but I can choose not to eat it most of the time. I find myself falling back into eating bread more often than I would like so it's time to reign it in again. I can't believe that I will meet my total mileage goal for 2013 this week if I get plenty more steps in. Just 2.25 miles away.

    Very achievable goals! And congrats on being so close to your mileage goal for the year! Be sure to post some pics of your garden once you get it planted :)
