Still Trying to Get it Right (Pic Included)

Hi Sparkpeeps!

Gotta pull these bootstraps up and get back to posting more regularly here. My little Sophia will be turning 1 this month. Where has the time gone? She's a ball of fun (and drool) and I thank God everyday I wake up to see her.

I'm still trying to get this life change thing right. I'm realizing that I'm definitely going to have to start spending ALOT more time in the kitchen preparing healthy meals if I'm going to be serious about this. I cook as it is but I need healthy swaps for the things that AREN'T good for me. I love my sweet treats so I need to bake up some healthy versions. I definitely don't feel as thought this is impossible to do, but I DEFINITELY have to have a plan otherwise I'm going to fall back into unhealthy eating.

Fortunately, exercising has never been an issue, but if the diet isn't right, then what's the point? I'm back, baby! Keep Sparkin!

Your little ball of drool is sooooo adorable!

I am the same...love the sweet treats. Also the same in that exercise has never been the issue for me; rather my diet has been/still is. I keep trying, though, and one day it's bound to stick for me (and you!) for good.

Glad you're back! Healthy cooking is such a rewarding goal. Best of luck getting in that kitchen and "healthifying" all those treats!
