Today in the daily check-in on SparkCoach the video message was about finding time and the time we waste. As I listened and read a follow-up article it struck me that I waste several hours a week on television, playing games online, perusing Facebook, etc. I donít even need to take a time audit to identify several areas of my life where I can spend 30-45 minutes doing physical activity to get back to a healthy place. Weight gain has an effect just on your mental and physical health. While it takes a minimum of 21 days to create a habit, I need to start walking down the road to create better health habits for me.
