My Goals for April 2013 WERE:
Calorie goal was to eat above 1200 calories each day in Apr. ~ I did that 15 days all the rest were BELOW 1200 calories.
Goal for Callanetics and ST was to workout 3 days a week from Apr. 8th. (10 days) ~ I only missed 1 day.
Goal for Cardio is at least 30 minutes a day of Walking, Gardening or Farm Work. ~ I missed a few days, not sure how many!
My goal in April was to lose 5 lbs. ~ My SW was 181.0 GW 176.0 CW 179.4 so I lost 1.6 lbs
My Goals for May 2013 ARE:
Calorie goal is to eat LOW CARBS and ABOVE 1200 calories each day.
Goal for Callanetics and ST is to workout 3 days a week, Mon., Wed. & Fri.
Goal for Cardio is at least 30 minutes a day of Walking, Gardening or Farm Work.
Goal in May is to lose 5 lbs, SW is 179.4 lbs GW 174.4 lbs.
