Please oh please let my leg behave...

Ugh. Ran 2.5 miles last night. Last "keep loose" run before the race this weekend. And there was pain. This is not good.

My left knee - the opposite one from the one I have been doing PT on - was surgically "fixed" several years ago. I haven't had much of an issue since. But the calf has been super tight the past few weeks. :( So now I'm pretty freaked that I'm going to have problems this weekend. I'm stretching like crazy, and will hope for the best (what else can I do?) and pray that it loosens up as I run. *sigh* For once I'd love to just be completely without aches and pains! (I know, I know... I'm a runner, that's not reality.)

Anyway, being very good with the food today. Yesterday the bloaty feeling went away pretty quickly. Probably the two big bottles of water I downed. :)

One more sleep until I leave! :)
