Like everyone else, I’ve been trying to fix healthier meals.
Last night I fixed tuna salad (no mayo)
just a touch of olive oil, lemon juice, chopped onions and tomatoes
and a dash of Mrs Dash’s lemon pepper.
I wrapped the tuna in romaine lettuce leaves
and secured the rolls with a tooth pick.
When my youngest son, Sam sat down at the table he asked “Are we out of bread, ma?”
