Really, Sam?

Wednesday, May 01, 2013

Like everyone else, Iíve been trying to fix healthier meals.
Last night I fixed tuna salad (no mayo) emoticon
just a touch of olive oil, lemon juice, chopped onions and tomatoes
and a dash of Mrs Dashís lemon pepper.
I wrapped the tuna in romaine lettuce leaves emoticon
and secured the rolls with a tooth pick.

When my youngest son, Sam sat down at the table he asked ďAre we out of bread, ma?Ē

hahaaa that's awesome! And that tuna salad sounds good, I'm going to have to try it.
For no good reason, that reminds me of the other night - I'm happily and soundly sleeping when I'm awakened by, "Psssssst! MOM!" I swam up through a dense fog of sleep and answered, "What..?" "Oh, okay", Molly says, "We couldn't hear you snoring and wanted to make sure you're still alive."
