I will review and set my May goals. I just finishing reading another
's blog - Finishing and she has a quote - Finish each day and be done. So, I'll review April and then be done with it.
Watch the 20 minute Yogilates video on Spark and I like that one. I think I'll switch to that one - the other yoga video I downloaded (supposedly for beginners) is too advanced for me and a little heavy. The Yogilates was not so intense and she has a nice spirit about her.
Went to gym and did the dance class its was a lot of fun. I remember when I used to lift my knees and high but I am more cautious now and stiffer - so my mantra is KEEP MOVIN, However, if I am consistent by end of July, I should be able to do all the steps.
