Well I didn't do as well as would have liked on my April goals, seems the only ones I really had complete success at was the 5-6 servings of fruits/veggies daily & the daily water consumption of 90 ounces. My weight hasn't changed, but I guess no gain is a good thing.
I'm striving to make May a healthier month for me & a less stressful one, so to reach this end of May goal, my spark goals are:
*eating 5-6 servings of fruit & veggies daily
*consuming no less than 90 ounces of water daily
*Cardio 3 days per week
*Strength train 2 days per week
*Simplying my life by freeing time of wasted time, making the most of each moment.
*Dropping weight from 172 to 170.
