Did a dumb thing yesterday

Got home from work and had a snack that wasn't a wise choice (chips and dip, ugh). It only put me over my limit by 100-ish calories, but I felt just Blech about it the rest of the night. Kinda bloated and uncomfortably full, too.

I never used to feel it physically that way, so maybe my body's getting used to eating less (?) -- at any rate, it was a rookie move and I'm confessing it, and now let's move on, because it's a new day, and a new month, and it's going to be good.

    i also have started getting full faster. i find i avoid certain foods if i havent done and intense workout yest.

    Great attitude! We're all going to have slip ups and it's great that you can just pick yourself up and keep going. It's not about how many times you fall, it's about how many times you get back up. emoticon
