Starting today I am setting new weekly goals for myself. While I need to work on many issues in my life, I will instead focus on just three.
Goal # 1 4000 steps daily or more
Goal # 2 Find something to be grateful for daily
Goal # 3 Exercise for 10 minutes or more daily
I believe that if I can accomplish these goals they will start me moving in the right direction.
I've been sitting on the sidelines watching everyone pass me by. Sometimes I think it's just fear that keeps me from taking action. I want more for me so I'm going to start taking steps to transform me to the person I wish to be.
To hold myself accountable, I plan to post my daily results. Wish me luck
