Setting new goals starting today

Starting today I am setting new weekly goals for myself. While I need to work on many issues in my life, I will instead focus on just three.

Goal # 1 4000 steps daily or more

Goal # 2 Find something to be grateful for daily

Goal # 3 Exercise for 10 minutes or more daily

I believe that if I can accomplish these goals they will start me moving in the right direction.

I've been sitting on the sidelines watching everyone pass me by. Sometimes I think it's just fear that keeps me from taking action. I want more for me so I'm going to start taking steps to transform me to the person I wish to be.

To hold myself accountable, I plan to post my daily results. Wish me luck

    I can relate to your goals, they sound realistic and doable. They are a good reminder for me as welI, so thanks for posting them. I too sometimes feel that others are "passing me by" but then I realize that this isn't a competition, unless it's with myself. You can totally do this :)

Those are some terrific goals. May I suggest that your "gratitude" goal include writing it down somewhere? Maybe a little notebook? Maybe here on your blog? That makes it more measurable. You could add them to your Spark Goals, and check them off every day.
