It's been a long time since I've been on the website. I've completely slacked off on the who;e weight loss thing and it shows. Since the last time I had done all my measurements I haven't lost a whole lot. I'm now 100% gluten free. You'd think that cutting all gluten and wheat it would assist in the dropping of weight. NO!!!!! It's really easy to find substitutes for the carbs. You get creative. UGH emoticon Now it's time to get this butt in gear. I have about a month until work starts which means I need to be ready for my lifeguard certification. You don't see 200+ lb lifeguards anywhere. My ultimate goal is to reach 170 lbs. I have about 65- 70 lbs to lose. There's no way I gonna lose that over the summer but if I'm at least out of the 200s by the end of the summer I'll be happy. Another reason I really want to get in shape is that I'm talking to a guy emoticon . Problem is he has a degree in wellness program management and health. He's also a professional runner. I'm concerned that he won't want to be seen with me due to the fact that I'm overweight. I mean I'm 5'8" and 235 lbs. Who wants to be seen with someone like that when they are so fit and healthy. *sigh* We'll what happens
